Founded by Emma Penrose, Creative Projects AUS is built upon seven years experience in the marketing and visual communication fields.
Backed by a background of freelancing Emma established her first company in Auckland, New Zealand at age 20, contracting to studios with well-known household brands to their portfolios (such as Sanitarium, V Energy Drink and Snickers), and elite nightclubs, regarded by the New Zealand Herald as the finest in the country.
At the end of 2011, she moved to Melbourne, working on a freelance basis under her brand Penrose Freelance, she quickly picked up work for highly regarded hospitality venues such as Transport Hotel in Federation Square.
In 2013 her services diversified into a creative agency, employing a team of talented professionals to offer everything from CAD, web development and printing. Over the next year came the refinement into the business you know today, Creative Projects AUS, assisting both large and small companies creatively market their products and services.
We take great satisfaction in seeing our work enhancing the businesses we work with, and it’s the motivation behind this business.
Currently, Creative Projects AUS bases itself between both New Zealand and Australia.

Emma Penrose
Owner, Graphic Designer & Marketing Specialist
Hi, I’m Emma the graphic designer and marketing specialist behind Creative Projects AUS. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked with high profile companies, SMEs and sole traders; I can confidently direct projects and assist with graphic design, marketing advice, and promotion implementation.
From a young age I’ve been creatively inclined and fascinated by entrepreneurship, I’ve followed my passions by establishing a business that delivers creative solutions that solve the everyday problems of businesses across both New Zealand and Australia.
My experience includes working for multinational corporations as a graphic designer, such as Yamaha Music, designing to respect a wealth of brand history and working in acclaimed studios with the likes of Nickelodeon, Lucas Films and Hasbro on their portfolios. My most recent projects have been mostly in marketing management, focusing on strategy, customer acquisition, retention and campaign execution.

Translator & Sourcing Agent
Rose is fluent in both Mandarin and English. She handles the sourcing, production management, quality control and shipping of our products manufactured in China. Over the past three years, she’s been a superstar in handling speciality printing and promotional products. Rose also runs her own company, from Shantou (Guangdong province); it’s a city famous for its garment manufacturing you can see her products HERE.
Ariel
Web Developer & WordPress Expert
Ariel assists in web development with an array of programming knowledge including PHP, Joomla, WordPress, Jquery, JavaScript, Ajax, HTML5, CSS and MySQL. He has experience with API integration for Facebook, Google, Twitter and is confident with server management in cPanel. These are just a few of his skills, he’s been with us for three years and delivers quality solutions on a variety of briefs.
Vishal
SEO & SEM Specialist
Vishal helps improve the rankings of client’s websites in search engines through his outstanding SEO (search engine optimisation), SEM (search engine marketing) and SMM (social media marketing) work.
