The Mitre Tavern is a historic Pub (in fact the oldest in Melbourne) in the heart of the city, well known by many accountants, lawyers and bankers in the area.
This redesign had to carefully take into consideration The Mitre’s position in the market and be aware of how sensitive their image is. This type of graphic design becomes very much part of the décor, almost part of the interior design, so it was important to get a feel for the space the designs were going to occupy. The Mitre Tavern often updates their menu, therefore, the design is not too complex, so as to make updates simple.
